Plate 11 from Joseph Farington's (1747 – 1821) 'History of the River Thames', 1794, a two-volume publication including 76 aquatints. A view seen from a forest in the foreground, with the Thames in the middle distance. A barge and several boats are on the river, with a bridge in the background. Spires can be seen on the left bank, and buildings on the right.
