Exterior scene. A figure, John Scott, Lord Eldon (1751-1838), sits upon a white horse, wearing a large game bag, whilst out shooting with two hounds. Two figures watch him from the other side of a gate. Lord Eldon's pose is similar to that in an earlier satire called 'September Sittings._A Demurrer. Tros. Tyriusve mihi nullo discrimine agetur.
