Satire: a man playing a pipe seated on a barrel in a farmyard; the noise produced scatters terrified pigs, chickens and geese, a cat and fox, also causing a donkey or ass to dramatically break out of its barn. The farmer and his family can also be seen fleeing for the gate in terror in the background. A ditty in two verses below image; plate numbered '252' lower left.
