Etching, platemark 130 x 100 (45 x 4"). Large margins; foxing around edges.
Rembrandtesque print by Thomas Worlidge (1700-66) who specialised in etchings either copied from, or in the style of Rembrandt. Born in Peterborough, Worlidge was a pupil of Alessandro Maria Grimaldi, whose daughter Arabella he married. Later impression postdating the 1767 edition by Worlidge's widow Mary.
