Etching with large margins, rare, platemark 190 x 275mm (7½ x 10¾").
Amateur etching believed to be by Edward Augustus, Duke of Kent and Strathearn (1767-1820), fourth son of George III and father of Queen Victoria. An impression can be found in Richard Bull's albums, compiled in the late 18th century, of prints by amateurs and members of the British nobility and gentry, which are now in the British Museum.
