Plate 13: view of the eastern part of the Town of Karassubasar; minarets, two Khans, or mercantile halls; an extensive cemetry in the background, which is now completely despoiled of its tombstones. In front appears the builing appropriated to the manufacture of tiles. From Volume 2 of "Travels Through the Southern Provinces of the Russian Empire, in the Years 1793 and 1794".
