The King's Guard Chamber, Hampton Court Palace, which was created with the sovereign's personal safety in mind: King William III's in particular. It was adorned with nearly 3000 swords, bayonets, muskets and pistols. Published in William Henry Pyne's "History of the Royal Residences".
