Grey as schoolmaster stands on a low dais in profile to the right teaches Tory schoolboys (including Brougham, Peel, Grey, Lyndhurst and Goulburn) to reform. Wellington stands behind on a stool wearing a fool's cap, showing his inability to reform. A crude adaptation of a lithograph by Decamps: "Classe de français Me Contrarius (dans sa chaire)", Pub.
