A grotesque Lady Conyngham, wearing a (red) jacket with fur collar and a front panel of heavily frogged and braided with gold lace, with the Garter star and the Order of the Golden Fleece (i.e. the King's coat and Orders). Reference to the Select Vestry, who reputedly feathered their nests at public expense.
