Wellington and Peel sit, both 'in the dumps' after a motion for disallowing superannuation pensions to Dundas and Bathurst was carried against the Ministry. 'Eighteen' refers to the majority by which the motion was carried. On the table are the 'Pensions' to be disallowed.
