A commemorative pillar with Britannia and Lion to the left, a slave in the middle, and Justice (?) to the right; in memory of the Glorious Revolution of 1688, the moment when King James II was overthrown by a union of English Parliamentarians with the stadtholder William III of Orange-Nassau. The successful invasion of England with Dutch fleet and army led to William III ascending to the English throne with his wife Mary II of England. Bill of Rights on table.
