View of Richmond Lodge and its gardens from the Middlesex bank of the Thames (an earlier publication had the title 'Veue de la Maison Royale de Richmond'). Richmond Lodge was the favourite residence of Queen Caroline. After landscape painter and etcher Marco Ricci (1676 - 1730), who spent much of the period 1708-16 in England.
