A fine specimen of a Hereford Bull, as bred and owned by John Russell, Duke of Bedford (1766-1839), the British Whig politician who served as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. These are the original coloured prints issued at 5 shillings each. George Garrard (1760-1826) the animal painter and sculptor.
