The monument to his Grace John Duke of Newcastle, in Westminster Abbey. John Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (1662-1711) married Lady Margaret Cavendish and had one child, Lady Henrietta Cavendish Holles (1694-1755) who instructed Gibbs to design this monument to her father.
