A view of Hungerford Bridge, a suspension footway bridge across the River Thames designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and opened in 1845. Dismantled and replaced with a railway bridge in 1864, the chains were re-used in Bristol's Clifton Suspension Bridge.
