Striking and impressive view of the Thames from beneath the arch nearest the south bank of Blackfriars Bridge, looking towards London Bridge. Albion Mills to the right, with St Paul's on the opposite bank at far left; prospect includes several spires of City of London churches, the Monument, and various rowing and sailing boats on the river, with a group of adults and children in the foreground around a fire. By John William Edy (1760 - 1820).
