The Late Miss Whitehead, the Bank Nun.
Sarah Whitehead was seen loitering near the entrance to the Bank of England during the years of 1812 to 1837. She was the sister of a former Bank clerk who been sentenced to death for forging an acceptance to a bill. She lost her mind after his death and for some 25 years following this she went to the bank daily awaiting him under the delusion that he was still and employee.
