A portrait of a hunter wearing the Brandenburg cross of the 'Ordre de la Generosité' (1667- 1740, when it superceded by the 'Order Pour le Mérite', known during WWI as the 'Blue Max'), with his gun in the crook of his arm. His son holds a dead woodcock and partridge. From 'Ioannis Kupezky, incomparabilis artificis, Imagines et picturae...', a collection of engravings of the artist's work.
