The female has two joeys in her pouch, a very unlikely occurence. The shape of the kangaroos is based on the illustration by George Stubbs, painted from a skin provided by Sir Joseph Banks and used in the Official Account of Cook's First Voyage. The representation of Sydney is among the first of the colony.
